Refund policy

We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product has been damaged in transit, please send us a digital photograph of the damage via email to info@brand-harbour.com, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. After assessment, we will contact you and arrange for a replacement to be sent or offer a full refund.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us via info@brand-harbour.com with a brief description of the issue, plus your receipt or proof of purchase. After assessment, we will contact you and arrange for a replacement to be sent or offer a full refund. We may ask you to return the faulty product to the following address: Sunshine Punch Returns, The Counting House, 9 High Street, Tring, HP23 5TE. We will refund you the shipping cost.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
