Shipping policy

Please note: Shipping in peak periods such as Christmas may take longer and courier partners may have some delays, so any delivery days shown are guidelines. We advise ordering early to avoid any disappointment.

1. We aim to deliver your order within 2–3 working days. Please allow extra time for more remote locations such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland may also take longer. Please note we may not be able to ship to Northern Ireland due to changes in legislation – we will notify you and offer a full refund if this is the case.

2. We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or mail forwarding companies. We also do not ship to overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).

3. As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some time before the tracking information is active.

4. VAT is payable on all online shop orders shipped to a UK address regardless of the country where the order is placed.

5. If we are unable to deliver your package to the provided address, it may automatically be returned to us and a refund for the cost of the goods will be processed, but not for the cost of shipping. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to get this amended.

6. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. Please consider this if you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or a communal area.

7. Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend it or change the recipient details or delivery address. However, it may be possible to cancel the order. Should you need to do this, please email us at info@brand-harbour.com. Once we begin the process of packing your order, amendments and cancellations will no longer be possible.

8. By entering our website you confirm that you are 18 years or older, in accordance with our terms and conditions. An adult signature may be required when you receive your order.
